You can shop with your debit or credit card or checkout using Paypal or ShopPay.
All sales are final and non-refundable. We may accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at email@example.com. Upon receiving your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure a replacement is sent out.
We do not offer refunds. If a return is agreed upon, we will issue you store credit to use at a later date. Store credit does not expire.
Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, include your Order Number from your order confirmation email or the packing list, and list the item(s) you are returning, and the styles and sizes you are exchanging for.
Please note that exchanges may only be made for size changes.
All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times do not include processing times and starts when the shipping courier has received the package.
As we ship via FedEx and USPS, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Average shipping times for domestic shipping within the US is 5-10 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 10am PST, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until the next business day.
International orders are shipped at a flat rate with an average shipping time of 5-10 business days. Shipping and handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.
*Orders will not be processed until we have received credit card verification and authorization; in most cases this happens immediately upon placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email detailing your tracking number(s) and shipping information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping courier to update the tracking information.
