Refund policy

All sales are final. We may accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at info@nvbhof.com. Upon receiving your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure a replacement is sent out. 

We do not offer refunds. If a return is agreed upon, we will issue you store credit to use at a later date. Store credit does not expire.
